Painter, Illustrator
Art and creativity are my passions. I have been a professional painter and published illustrator for over 40 years. I graduated from Parsons School of Design in 1972 and from 1972 through 1990 I was a freelance illustrator working in New York and Boston. My published works include advertising, book covers, album covers (for Arista Records), greeting cards (for Rainbow World) and illustrations for various publications (including the New York Times and the Boston Globe). I also founded, owned and operated Pineapple Prints between 1976 and 1987. In addition, my paintings have been exhibited and sold at various galleries, and I taught watercolor painting at the Brookline Art Center. A fun fact is that some of my paintings have been used as album covers by different bands including the Outlaws.
